I have love the beef noodle bowls that are tucked away in perfectly hidden little vietnamese joints (i.e. not the glossy Pho Van in the middle of hipster town) but I can’t deal with the oddly named intestinal parts that come with it! Pho Ga, now that is where its at for me.
