my buddy jenny just returned from an argentinian honeymoon where she practiced some yoga, rode mountain bikes in Bariloche, traveled across the Patagonian region.. I am sold!
Her friend is a student/teacher of the DeRose Method. I have seen this website before but hadn’t been able to find it again… I love the fact that they are in these difficult asanas in work clothes! Gives a whole new meaning to “office yoga”
